Tastiest Thai Peanut Sauce

When these flavors hit your tongue you’ll wonder how this hasn't been a staple in your world for ages...  the applications are many and the taste is divine. It is one of the simplest ways to get raw vegetables into your belly and plenty of protein. Also, it stays good forever in your fridge! Get to it...

What you need:

1  1" knob of ginger

4-5 garlic cloves

1 (16 oz.) tub creamy unsalted peanut butter

1/2 c soy sauce (can sub tamari or bragg's liquid aminos)

1/4 c rice vinegar

1/2 lime, juiced

1/2 cup water

2 tablespoons agave nectar, or maple syrup

What you do:

Blend the Garlic and Ginger first, add the remaining ingredients & blend to combine... voila: appetizers for weeks! When reusing from the fridge, mix a tablespoon of warm water to loosen it up, as it will solidify as jarred peanut butter does in the fridge. If using as a sesame peanut noodle dish, add water to achieve desired consistency.

Top with Sesame seeds, or Trader Joe's Everything Bagel Topping.
